Refund & Exchange Policy

Fresh Cut Flowers and Foliage Refund & Exchange Policy:

• No refund or exchange on fresh cut flowers/folaige once picked up or sent out for delivery.
• The Flower Library is not responsible for the maintenance of the flowers, nor the flowers lifetime once it is picked up or sent out for delivery.
• The Flower Library is not responsible for any damage or loss during transportation, if, and only, the transportation is arranged by the Customer.
• Refund/exchange is accepted only if the product is incomplete or does not meet the purpose that is agreed on between The Flower Library and the Customer, based on Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection, Article (5) in the state of Qatar.

Other Products Refund & Exchange Policy:

• Refund & exchange is accepted within 7 days of your purchase. Items must be retruned unsed with original receipts, in original condition and packaing at purchase time.
• No refund & exchange on discounted items.
• No refund or exchange on accessories.
• Refund/exchange is accepted only if the product is incomplete or does not meet the purpose that is agreed on between The Flower Library and the Customer, based on Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection, Article (5) in the state of Qatar.

 

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال للزهور والنباتات الطبيعية:

• لا يسمح باسترجاع أو استبدال الزهور والنباتات الطبيعية بعد استلامها من المحل أو إرسالها للتوصيل.
• تُخلي ذا فلاور لايبراري مسؤوليتها من العناية بالزهور والنباتات الطبيعية بعد استلامها من المحل أو إرسالها للتوصيل.
• تُخلي ذا فلاور لايبراري مسؤوليتها عن أي ضرر أو خسارة في الزهور أثناء التوصيل، في حال تمت عملية التوصيل من قبل العميل.
• لا يتم الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال إلا إذا كان المنتج ناقصًا أو لا يفي بالغرض المتفق عليه بين ذا فلاور لايبراري والعميل، بناءً على القانون رقم 8 لسنة 2008 بشأن حماية المستهلك المادة (5) في دولة دولة قطر.

سياسة استرداد واستبدال المنتجات الأخرى:

• يُسمح باسترجاع واستبدال المنتج خلال ٧ أيام من تاريخ شراءه. يجب إعادة المنتجع غير مستخدم مع إرفاق الفاتورة الأصلية، وفي حالته الأصلية ومغلف كما كان عن الشراء.
• لا يسمح باسترجاع أو استبدال المنتجات التي تم شرائها بأسعار مخفضة أو خلال العروض الترويجية.
• لا يسمح باسترجاع أو استبدال الاكسسوارات.
• لا يتم الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال إلا إذا كان المنتج ناقصًا أو لا يفي بالغرض المتفق عليه بين ذا فلاور لايبراري والعميل، بناءً على القانون رقم 8 لسنة 2008 بشأن حماية المستهلك المادة (5) في دولة دولة قطر.
