في ذا فلاور لايبراري، نحرص على تقديم منتجات تعكس أعلى معايير الجودة والاهتمام والتصميم.

الزهور والنباتات

نظراً لكون الزهور منتجات طبيعية، تُعد جميع مبيعات الزهور نهائية بعد التسليم أو الاستلام، ما لم يتم ملاحظة عيب وقت التسليم.

يُرجى الإبلاغ عن أي ملاحظات تتعلق بحالة الزهور الطازجة خلال ساعتين من وقت التسليم أو الاستلام.

وبحكم طبيعة المنتج، لا تشمل ذا فلاور لايبراري أي تغيّر في الحالة بعد التسليم أو الاستلام.

وفي حال تم ترتيب التوصيل من قبل العميل، تنتقل المسؤولية عند التسليم.

 

المنتجات غير الزهرية

بالنسبة للمنتجات غير الزهرية (مثل المزهريات، الحاويات، والإكسسوارات)، يُقبل الاسترجاع والاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء.

يشترط أن تكون المنتجات:

• غير مستخدمة
• وفي حالتها الأصلية
• مع التغليف الأصلي
• ومرفقة بفاتورة الشراء

قد لا يتم قبول الطلبات التي لا تستوفي هذه الشروط.

المنتجات التي تم شراؤها ضمن العروض أو بأسعار مخفضة لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها، إلا في حال وجود عيب.

المنتجات المعيبة أو غير المطابقة

في حال وجود عيب في المنتج أو عدم مطابقته للمواصفات المتفق عليها، يمكن طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال وفقاً لأحكام قوانين حماية المستهلك المعمول بها في دولة قطر.

Refund & Exchange Policy

At The Flower Library, we take pride in delivering products that reflect our standards of quality, care, and design.

Flowers & Foliage

As flowers are natural products, all flower sales are considered final once delivered or collected, unless a defect is identified at the time of delivery.

Any concerns regarding the condition of fresh flowers must be communicated within 2 hours of delivery or collection.

Due to the nature of the product, The Flower Library does not cover any change in condition occurring after delivery or collection.

For orders where delivery is arranged independently by the customer, responsibility transfers upon handover.

Non-Floral Products

For non-floral items (including vases, containers, and accessories), returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 daysfrom the date of purchase.

Items must be returned:

• Unused
• In their original condition
• With original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt

Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Items purchased during promotions or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange, unless a defect is present.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If a product is found to be defective, incomplete, or not aligned with the agreed specifications, a return or exchange may be requested in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in Qatar.
